Government Promotion Research On Sustainable Development Of Characteristic Agriculture In Yuanqu Country,Shanxi Province

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the need to promote rural revitalization in an all-round way.Industrial revitalization is the top priority to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and the development of characteristic industries is a good way to promote the economic development of the county and increase people’s income,which is conducive to the achievements of poverty alleviation effectively connecting rural revitalization and promoting the sustainable economic development of rural areas.The development of characteristic industries is inseparable from the cooperation between the government and all sectors of society.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop local characteristic industries and give full play to the role of the government in the development of characteristic industries.Due to yuanqu’s remote geographical location and poor traffic,the whole county focuses on the development of agriculture.Yuanqu County is committed to building a characteristic agricultural county and fully implementing the rural revitalization strategy,It has planned and built the "three parks and two districts" agricultural demonstration park of organic walnut science and technology park,modern pig breeding industrial park,high-quality mushroom industrial park,modern characteristic agricultural product processing agglomeration area,and Boqinghe leisure and sightseeing agricultural demonstration zone.It has cultivated and formed the leading industry of "one county,one industry" walnut economic forest and characteristic industries such as fungi,Sichuan peppercorn,cherry and chili.The agricultural industry has developed well.Taking the government promotion of characteristic agriculture in Yuanqu County,Shanxi Province as the research object,this paper investigates the basic situation,natural characteristics and development status of characteristic agriculture in Yuanqu County,Shanxi Province,analyzes the implementation of characteristic agriculture in Yuanqu County,Shanxi Province,and understands the current development of characteristic agricultural projects.Yuanqu County,Shanxi Province,has made some achievements in the development of characteristic agriculture,but there are also some problems in implementation.Therefore,we find the main problems and analyze the reasons from the four aspects of follow-up supervision,drive the results,talent training,and the government pushes further.In order to promote the sustainable development of characteristic agriculture,in view of the problems existing in the process of project development,we put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects: formulating follow-up management rules and regulations,improve the industrial chain in a variety of ways,talent revitalization empowers industrial development,and strengthen the overall guidance of the government.Explore countermeasures to solve the sustainable development of characteristic agriculture in Yuanqu County from these four aspects,promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas with industrial revitalization,let farmers share the fruits of development,and promote the innovative development of county-level agriculture.
