| With the deepening aging of population in our country,developing the supply chain of the endowment service has become an important means to increase the supply of the social endowment service and perfect the endowment service system in our country.In order to ensure the effective supply of social elderly care services,the supply chain of elderly care services continue to invest in the quality of elderly care services,so that supply chain enterprises are faced with excessive costs and greater risks,resulting in the supply chain of elderly care services to invest insufficient power,which requires the joint support of the government and core enterprises.Due to the different support strategies and strengths of the government and core enterprises,the support effects are different.Therefore,in-depth analysis and comparison of service quality investment decisions of the elderly service supply chain under different government subsidy strategies and internal coordination situations are of great significance for improving the effect of government subsidy and internal coordination and promoting the service quality investment of the elderly service supply chain.In view of this,from the perspective of the elderly service supply chain,this paper establishes the quality input decision-making model of the elderly service supply chain under different government subsidy strategies and internal coordination,and uses MATLAB software for numerical analysis.To explore the optimal decision and its effect of different government subsidy strategies and internal coordination scenarios for the supply chain of elderly care services.The results show that: under the four different scenarios,the greater the government subsidy coefficient and the greater the sensitivity coefficient of consumers to the service quality level,both will improve the service quality investment efforts of integrators and providers,expand the market demand,and improve the profits of supply chain enterprises,consumer surplus and social welfare.No matter what kind of subsidy strategy the government adopts,the coordination effect within the supply chain is better.In this case,cost-sharing contract can promote the profit growth of supply chain enterprises.Government subsidies and supply chain contract coordination are effective for improving supply chain service quality input,market demand,corporate profits and social welfare,and the coordination of subsidy strategies within the supply chain is better.The above research results provide theoretical and practical reference for the elderly service supply chain to make scientific decisions,and the government departments to reasonable subsidy strategy and quantity,in order to promote the high-quality and stable development of the elderly service supply chain. |
