| China has entered an aging society.The current population structure has brought enormous pressure to the society.Elderly care has become a major social problem that China urgently needs to solve.At present,China’s elderly service system,which is mainly based on home-based care,community care and institutional care,mainly relies on a sound elderly service industry.At present,there are still many problems in the development of the elderly service industry.First of all,there is a huge gap in the demand for elderly services,and the supply and demand information is chaotic.The elderly enterprises and institutions urgently need the government to further strengthen support policies and subsidies.Secondly,the market for elderly services is chaotic and the quality of services is uneven.Based on current internet environment and market-oriented operation mode,the government-subsidized elderly service supply chain model provides a new direction for solving the problem of supply and demand and service quality of elderly services.The government provides policy and financial support for the development of elderly enterprises to help the elderly enterprises reduce operating costs;the elderly service integrators are responsible for integrating the service resources of service providers in the market,and effectively connect the supply and demand information of service providers and elderly groups.The elderly service pro viders provide specific services to the elderly groups.The quality of elderly service is a key indicator of the elderly service supply chain.Higher service quality not only helps to improve the service process experience of the elderly groups,but also is the cornerstone of the benign development of the elderly service supply chain.This paper studies the elderly service supply chain,considers the government subsidies and social welfare factors,and discusses the quality control of the elderly service from the perspective of supply chain coordination and signal game.The main research content is divided into the following three aspects:(1)By considering the current elderly policy of government and the supply chain model of the elderly market,the model of the elderly service supply chain based on singleservice provider under government subsidy is constructed.First,we explore the need for government subsidy providers from the perspective of service efforts and social welfare.Then,based on the revenue sharing and cost sharing contract,the coordination of the supply chain under government subsidies is realized.Through model analysis,we find that supply chain coordination can effectively reduce government subsidies when the level of elderly service efforts and social welfare are still at a high level.(2)Considering the problem of a single provider in the actual elderly market that cannot meet a large number of service needs and there is competition among multiple service providers,we construct a model of elderly service supply chain based on dual service provider competition under government subsidies.First,we demonstrate that government subsidies to competitive providers still have an improvement in service efforts and social welfare.Then,through the establishment of the transfer payment and fixed payment parameters in the side-payment contract,the coordination among the three members of the supply chain is realized.Although the coordination leads to an increase in subsidy expenditures in this model,elderly service efforts,supply chain income,and social welfare are significantly improved.(3)Considering the current government subsidy policy for elderly services and the problem of companies defrauding subsidies,we construct a signal game model between government and elderly companies under asymmetric service quality information.Through model analysis,the intuitive standard is used to prove that the high-and lowquality service type of elderly enterprises meet the required and unique separation equilibrium solution.It provides reasonable reference for the government’s subsidy and punishment policy and the service operation strategy of the elderly enterprise. |
