Study On Benefit Distribution Of Value Co-creation In Supply Chain Of Elderly Care Service

As China’s aging continues to deepen,the issue of retirement has become the focus of society as a whole.By introducing the concept of value co-creation in the senior care service supply chain,it can effectively improve the supply quality of senior care services and increase the cooperation revenue of supply chain enterprises,which provides a new idea to improve the imbalance between supply and demand in the senior care service industry and increase the effectiveness of cooperation in value creation in the supply chain.On the one hand,reasonable benefit distribution can improve the value output of the elderly service supply chain and the overall operational efficiency of the system,and on the other hand,it is also the fundamental guarantee for supply chain enterprises to establish long-term and solid cooperation in value co-creation.Therefore,in order to promote the sustainable development of value co-creation in the elderly service supply chain and solve the contradiction of benefit distribution among supply chain enterprises in value co-creation,this paper mainly conducts an in-depth study on the benefit distribution of value co-creation in the elderly service supply chain.This paper takes the elderly service supply chain as the main research object,and includes elderly consumers,who are easily ignored by the elderly service market,into the value creation of supply chain enterprises,focusing on how the benefits are distributed among elderly service integrators and suppliers in the context of value cocreation with the participation of multiple entities.Firstly,based on the elaboration of related concepts and theories,the relevant subjects of value co-creation in the elderly service supply chain and the specific cooperation process are analyzed.Secondly,considering that value volume accumulation in supply chain value co-creation will change over time,we analyze the strategic solutions and benefit values of senior service supply chain enterprises before and after forming value co-creation alliance under different environments of pure market and government subsidies based on differential game theory,considering the price preference and value volume preference of senior consumers from a dynamic perspective,and determine the form of value co-creation cooperation through comparative analysis.The value co-creation alliance form that achieves the overall Pareto optimal system is identified through comparative analysis.Then,the modified Shapley value method is applied to solve for the revenue allocation of the supply chain value co-creation alliance as a whole by using the degree of cocreation effort and the value volume contribution utility of each supply chain firm as the key correction index.Finally,the numerical results of each benefit allocation are simulated and analyzed with the help of Matlab software to verify the optimal decision results and allocation scheme of the value co-creation benefit allocation of the elderly service supply chain enterprises,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from multiple subject levels respectively.This paper uses differential game and shapley value method to study the benefit distribution of value co-creation in senior care service supply chain in the context of China’s severe aging and service innovation drive,and derives the optimal strategic solutions and benefit values of supply chain enterprises in different co-creation environments,and also confirms that the application of the improved shapley value method can better solve the contradiction of benefit distribution by considering the degree of co-creation efforts and the contribution utility of value quantity of enterprises.It also confirms that the application of the improved Shapley value method can better solve the contradiction in the distribution of benefits among the supply chain actors,which provides theoretical support for maximizing the benefits of the elderly service supply chain enterprises,improving the stability of the value co-creation alliance,and promoting the long-term and stable development of the value co-creation in the elderly service supply chain.
