| With the coming of the age of population aging,the growing demand for old-age care services has become a problem that must be solved for the development of today’s society.How to provide high-quality old-age care services for the elderly has become the key to solve the problem of population aging.In the process of the development of the elderly service industry,introducing the idea of service supply chain,breaking the industry barriers between upstream and downstream enterprises and forming a community of interests with information disclosure are conducive to realizing the coordination and optimization of the elderly service industry.In view of this,this paper takes the provision of efficient old-age service quality as the starting point,and discusses the coordination of service quality and benefit distribution of old-age service supply chain under different contract conditions,in order to achieve the optimal service quality and overall benefit distribution of old-age service supply chain.Based on the pension service quality,service,price of pension service demand,the influence of cost,the further study of pension services in the service of supply chain integration service ability and service ability under the two circumstances of supply chain decision problem,and further explore the punish contract and revenue sharing contract and joint of the two contracts for pension services of supply chain coordination conditions and compared.The results show that the wholesale price contract and the penalty contract cannot achieve the coordination of the supply chain of old-age service when the old-age service integrator does not have the service ability,while the revenue sharing contract and the joint contract can achieve the coordination of the supply chain of old-age service.When the old-age service integrator has the service ability,the wholesale price contract cannot achieve the coordination of old-age service supply chain,while the revenue sharing contract,penalty contract and association contract can all achieve the coordination of old-age service supply chain.Among them,the increase of the dissatisfaction of the elderly will reduce the quality of pension service and profit;The increase of revenue sharing coefficient will improve the overall level of old-age service quality,but too high revenue sharing coefficient will also lead to the decline of equilibrium profit.The cost factors of service quality improvement and the factors of service quality on market demand have little impact on profit.The Matlab numerical simulation analysis also verifies the above conclusion.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper takes GY pension service center as an example to analyze the existing problems in the supply chain of GY pension service,and uses the above coordination model to optimize the service quality.Based on this,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide certain reference for realizing the "win-win" of service quality and profit in the supply chain of pension service.To better promote the high-quality,efficient,healthy and orderly development of China’s elderly service supply chain.. |
