Research On The Investigation Of Crowd-related Economic Crimes

In the rapid development and widespread use of information technology,crowd-related economic crimes has been intensified by the east wind of technology to devour people’s wealth,and seriously infringed on China’s market economy and social management order.At present,a series of special actions to combat crowd-related economic crimes have achieved remarkable results,but based on the special circumstances that the crowd-related economic crimes involving large number of people,the rapid escalation of its criminal measures,wide area of the crime,involving large amounts of money and so many others.Limited judicial resources have laboured hard to little avail,make it an emergency to explore and use big data technology,explore the new mode of big data investigation and scale investigation to penetrate the appearance of crowd-related economic crimes,so that we can get effective Early warning,timely control,strict punishment of crime and full recovery of victims’ losses,so as to achieve the purpose of maintaining social stability and creating a high-quality economic development atmosphere.This paper focuses on the crowd-related economic crimes in the era of big data and the big data prevention and investigation means that have been transformed and upgraded to cope with such crimes,mainly including the following parts: The first part is to define the concept of current crowd-related economic crimes in China,distinguish crowd-related economic crimes from ordinary economic crimes,distinguish such economic crimes from property crimes,and further describe the commonality and individuality as well as the basic types of traditional crowd-related economic crimes and crowd-related economic crimes in the era of big data.The second part mainly analyzes the current situation of crowd-related economic crimes,including the study of its development trend from the past to the present and the causes of such crimes.Information technology is a double-edged sword,and the traditional crowd-related economic crimes,which are restricted by various backward material infrastructure conditions and cannot achieve unlimited expansion,have become very different in the era of big data.In the third part,the research on the dilemma of investigating crowd-related economic crimes in the era of big data is launched,analyzing why the investigation of such crimes is time-consuming,costly but inefficient from five aspects,including the low adaptability of the retrospective investigation model in the era of big data,the natural pressure of evidence brought by large case patterns,the lack of investigative collaboration mechanisms,the difficulty of disposing of the property involved in the case,and the pressure of unavoidable mass incidents.The fourth part is mainly a response to the third part,proposing five countermeasures for the five investigation dilemmas,using big data technology to establish risk early warning monitoring system,investigation collaboration mechanism,etc.,integrating big data information technology into the important aspects of investigation,changing the passive investigation mode,so as to maintain the socialist market economic order and protect the people’s property security.
