Research On The Risk Prevention And Control Of Stakeholder-type Economic Crimes And The Countermeasures

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and Internet technology,the development momentum of various new types of economic activities,especially stakeholder-based economic activities,is particularly obvious.This has also led to the outbreak of stakeholder-type economic crime cases,the high incidence rate,the scale of cases continues to expand,and the scope of victims has gradually expanded from counties and cities to provinces and even the whole country.Among them,pyramid selling activities are also increasingly using Internet technology,showing new forms of crime,high level of science and technology,fast dissemination,wide geographical distribution,involving many people,harmful consequences and difficult to crack down on and dispose of,which seriously disrupts the market economic order and social management order.How to effectively combat and prevent the crime of online pyramid selling has become a difficult problem facing the relevant functional departments.At present,scholars at home and abroad have carried out detailed research from the aspects of criminal legislation,investigation,attack and Preventive Countermeasures of online pyramid selling crime.The research results are very fruitful,but the research on Preventive Countermeasures of online pyramid selling based on Internet data and public security information is relatively rare.In this paper,through an objective and comprehensive analysis of the current situation,types,characteristics,hazards and causes of online pyramid selling crimes,combined with the investigation experience of real cases,taking Sichuan Province as an example,the prevention,attack and disposal of stakeholder-type economic crimes taking online pyramid selling as an example are studied.This paper tries to put forward some suggestions on how to prevent the network pyramid selling crime from the aspects of legislative perfection,judicial countermeasures and social comprehensive management countermeasures.This paper is divided into five chapters to study the prevention,attack and disposal of stakeholder-type economic crime: Chapter I is the introduction,mainly introducing the research background,putting forward the research methods and research ideas;Chapter II is the analysis of the concept,characteristics and harm of stakeholder-type economic crime represented by network pyramid selling;Chapter III is the analysis of stakeholders represented by network pyramid selling crime.Types and causes of type-I economic crime;Chapter IV elaborates the current situation of prevention of stakeholder-type economic crime and the problems existing in prevention,attack and disposal;Chapter V puts forward preventive measures from the aspects of legislative perfection,judicial countermeasures and comprehensive social management countermeasures.In the judicial countermeasure,we use the thinking of big data of intelligence to research and judge,construct the precautionary thinking of promoting prevention and governing the network by network,analyze the development and evolution process of network pyramid selling,use database to precipitate the historical data of network pyramid selling cases,build data early warning model around the elements of funds,personnel,companies and websites that constitute the crime of network pyramid selling,and rely on the big data of Internet and public security intelligence.Data platform,through timely monitoring and early warning of data model,realizes early warning and preventive disposal of suspected network pyramid marketing activities.
