Research On The Investigation And Prevention Countermeasures Of The Economic Crimes Of Risk Type Stakeholders

With the deepening of economic globalization,the economic exchanges between people,countries are closer.The application of Internet,big data and artificial intelligence not only promotes China’s economic development,but also breeds a new type of economic crime-risk type stakeholder economic crime.In recent years,this kind of crime is becoming the focus of the Ministry of public security.The perpetrator of this kind of crime breaks through the limitation of time and space of traditional economic crime by virtue of the convenience of modern Internet in the process of committing a crime.The area involved in the crime is continuously extended,resulting in the geometric growth of the victim and the amount involved in the crime.The light causes regional and systematic economic risks,and the heavy harms national security and social stability.In practice,more and more such crimes are committed by means of the network,which has a strong deception and camouflage,and directly threatens the investment security and property security of the masses.In view of the increasing number of such crimes,and the great potential risks and social hazards,it needs to be highly valued by the theoretical and practical departments.For this reason,this paper takes the risk-based stakeholder economic crime as the research object and analyzes it,discusses the investigation and prevention of this kind of crime in theory,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the investigation practice.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into six chapters,a total of 32000 words.The first chapter describes the definition of the concept of risk-based stakeholder economic crime.It mainly combs the evolution process of risk-based stakeholder economic crime,analyzes the connotation of risk-based stakeholder economic crime and the main forms of risk-based stakeholder economic crime.The second chapter describes the basic situation of risk-based stakeholder economic crime.This chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of risk-based stakeholders’ economic crimes from the perspective of the number of cases,the scope of cases involved,the harmful consequences,the number of victims,etc.,and analyzes the causes of such crimes from four aspects: economic factors,legal factors,social factors and human factors.The third chapter describes the characteristics of risk-based stakeholder economic crime.This chapter points out that as a special kind of stakeholder economic crime,the risk-based stakeholder economic crime has the characteristics of multiple risk trigger points,non-contact criminal process,extensive victim class,and progressive hazard consequences.The most important feature of it is that it is easy to cause uncertain risk,which is much more serious than the potential harm of the general stakeholder economic crime.The fourth chapter expounds the main problems faced by the investigation and prevention of economic crimes of risk stakeholders.This chapter holds that as a special new type of stakeholder economic crime,the investigation organs often encounter four major problems: difficulty in determining the nature of risk,difficulty in obtaining evidence,inadequate cooperation of relevant departments in the investigation of such cases,and inability of the investigation organs to timely recover damage and maintain stability.In the prevention of such cases,they also face insufficient professional police force and prevention Fan’s work is not in place;the intelligence guidance and investigation system is not perfect,and the two major problems of this kind of crime cannot be found in time.The fifth chapter puts forward the Countermeasures for the investigation and prevention of risk-based stakeholder economic crime.This chapter puts forward that,for the special economic crime of risk-based stakeholder economic crime,the investigation countermeasures include the establishment of data model analysis,the efficient collection of criminal evidence;the establishment of multi police,multi regional cooperation mechanism,to curb the risk level change;the innovation of investigation methods,to improve the level of response to economic risks;the construction of recovery system,to do a good job in recovery recovery recovery recovery loss stability four countermeasures.The preventive measures include the rational use of big data,the improvement of risk research and judgment mechanism,the improvement of intelligent supervision system,the prevention of systematic risk frequency,the improvement of laws and regulations,the suppression of risk-based stakeholder economic crime frequency,the increase of professional police force to achieve the prevention effect,the improvement of public awareness of prevention,and the reduction of risk-based economic crime victims.
