| Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.One of the major connotations of the new era is the era in which China has increasingly taken center stage on the world stage and constantly made greater contributions to mankind.In this new historical orientation,the outside world has placed greater demands and expectations on China.Accordingly,the consciousness,pursuit and responsibility of China’s transition from a major country to a powerful country are increasing day by day.Therefore,it is necessary to build the image of a major country that conforms to the national will,upholds development interests and reflects international expectations.At the same time,with the rise of China and the decline of the USA hegemony,the USA and the West,based on the maintenance of long-term hegemonism and vested interests,discredited China while undermining the peace and development of the world.The extent to which the cause of human progress requires greater stability is more evident than ever.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,along with the proposal of building a community of shared future for mankind,China’s new thinking and new design on the image of a responsible major country have been constantly upgraded and improved.Many achievements have been made,and also still some room for development.Therefore,it is necessary to study it.This study runs through the idea of building a community of shared future for mankind,focusing on shaping China’s image as a responsible major country.It revolves around the logic of "realistic basis and target location,main measures,main experiences,and direction of efforts",and is divided into three parts to elaborate on China’s image as a responsible major country from the perspective of a community of shared future for mankind.Firstly,start from the definition of relevant concepts of the image of a responsible major country,and take Xi Jinping’s thought of a community of shared future for mankind as a theoretical basis to provide theoretical basis for further discussion.Secondly,starting from the analysis of external and internal factors,this paper argues from three perspectives on the practical basis for China to shape its image as a responsible major country from the perspective of a community of shared future for mankind.Then,based on the fact that China will never take the path of hegemony as a powerful country,and that China will be a builder of world peace,a contributor to global development,a defender of international order and a provider of public goods,exploring the target location of China as a responsible major country guided by the building of a community of shared future for mankind.Thirdly,the theory is upgraded to practice.Based on target location,the main measures taken by China to build the image of a responsible major country from the perspective of a community of shared future for mankind since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC are sorted out and integrated.Finally,based on the main measures,focusing on the main experience and directions of effort,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of China’s image as a responsible major country in the vision of a community of shared future for mankind from four perspectives respectively.Through expanding the theoretical understanding and deepening the practice again to these two aspects,hoping to provide feasible practical reference for our country to establish the image of responsible major country. |
