Local Government Network Public Opinion Governance In China:Current Analysis And Countermeasure Research

In the era of social media,the Internet has gradually become an important speech distribution center in the public sphere,providing a way for citizens to seek channels for expressing their interests outside the system.At the same time,various social problems emerge in the context of the Internet,resulting in the continuous evolution of public opinion events.Therefore,it forces government departments to reform and innovate,give play to the "center-governance" effect,improve the function of social governance,and promote the harmonious paradigm and rational paradigm of social media and government public governance.However,in practice,government governance faces difficulties such as fragmentation of administrative work,diversification of public opinion information,lagging disclosure of official information,and expansion of citizens’ awareness of rights,which seriously hinders the implementation of government functions in online public opinion governance.Therefore,this paper makes suggestions on how to improve the local government network public opinion governance system in China and establish a sound governance system.Based on the development logic perspective of online public opinion,this article planned government public opinion guidance processes in terms of public opinion information monitoring,topical guidance,and government services.Secondly,investigating the background of the local netizens group and the behavior of netizens in my country,and summarized different ages,academic qualifications,and work types to treat online public opinion.Differential trend.Combined with relevant cases,it focuses on the realistic situation of government systems,information channels,and citizen rights,and pointed out that the lack of vitality in the government,the out of control of public opinion information,the decline in social trust mechanisms,and the ecological balance of government and civilian ecological balance are the origin of local government public opinion governance.Finally,by drawing on the useful experience of public opinion governance of local government at home and abroad,we propose to create a diversified governance pattern from enhancing the core role of the party’s governance,improving the construction of the public opinion system,building a digital government ecological governance,strengthening talent teams and social forces,and further Optimize countermeasures for the governance of local government network public opinion governance in my country,so as to find a viable strategy for contemporary Chinese online public opinion governance.
