Research On Internet Public Opinion In Governance Of Local Government In China

The rapid development Internet has penetrated into our political,economic,cultural and social life and other fields.Various types of network public opinion is constantly testing the government's governance capacity,but also constantly testing the endurance of the public.With the deepening of network public opinion governance,local governments in China have gradually become more mature in network public opinion governance:The local government pays more and more attention to the governance of network public opinion.The enthusiasm of netizens to participate in the governance of the government through the network is increasing.The institutions of the governance of network public opinion are constantly improving and the technology is constantly maturing,which provides a solid foundation for the governance of local government network public opinion.China's local government network public opinion governance has achieved good results,but there are still many problems:Firstly,the concept of network public opinion governance is backward and lacks advanced concepts;secondly,the ability of monitoring and early warning of network public opinion is insufficient,and the mechanism is not perfect;thirdly,the response system of network public opinion is insufficient and effective response is lacking;finally,the platform of network public opinion governance is single and lack of cooperation and interaction.Therefore,this paper selects the governance of local government network public opinion as the research object,trying to explore the governance of local government network public opinion.Firstly,this paper combs the literature of local government network public opinion governance,and defines the concept of network public opinion and governance,providing a theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,on the basis of combing the preconditions and current situation of the governance of local government network public opinion,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the governance of local government network public opinion and analyzes the causes.And then this paper selects representative governance models and cases of network public opinion at home and abroad to analyze and summarize,to provide experience and lessons for local government governance of network public opinion.Finally,based on governance theory,Group Polarization Theory,silence spiral theory,according to the current situation of networkpublic opinion in China and the experience and lessons of network public opinion governance at home and abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve local government network public opinion governance.
