Primary-level Party Building Leads Research On Rural Revitalization

Party building is the "red engine" to promote rural revitalization,and is the fundamental guarantee to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.The report of the 20 th Party Congress pointed out that "the most difficult and heavy task of building a modern socialist country is still in the rural areas" and "insist on the distinctive orientation of grasping the grassroots and promoting rural revitalization by grasping the Party building",which has pointed out the direction for the Party building to lead rural revitalization and provided the fundamental guidelines.This provides a fundamental guideline.In the new era,to explore how to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,strengthen rural grass-roots party construction,and realize grasping party construction for rural revitalization,we need to conduct an in-depth study on the topic of grass-roots party construction leading rural revitalization.This thesis uses literature research method,case analysis method,and the combination of theory and practice to conduct an in-depth and detailed discussion and analysis of grass-roots party building leading rural revitalization.Firstly,it clarifies the three major concepts of rural grass-roots party organizations,rural revitalization and party building leading rural revitalization,and systematically composes the classic discussions on rural grass-roots party building by Marx Engels,Lenin and successive leaders of the Chinese Communist Party.Secondly,the achievements of grass-roots party building leading rural revitalization in three aspects,namely,theory,working mechanism and practical effectiveness,are extracted from a macro perspective;the problems of deflated functions of party organizations,weakened abilities of party cadres and diluted work of party building leading rural revitalization in the process of grass-roots party building leading rural revitalization are analyzed from a micro perspective.Again,based on the research of Yaozhihe Village,a typical case of rural revitalization led by grass-roots party building,the party-enterprise linkage,internal linkage and external linkage and group-cadre synergy of Yaozhihe Village are condensed.The unique experience of Yaozhihe Village,which is based on the research of Yaozhihe Village,a typical case of rural revitalization led by grass-roots party building,provides a case support for the realization of rural revitalization led by grass-roots party building.Finally,it proposes feasible countermeasures for strengthening grass-roots party building to lead rural revitalization,and provides path support for the majority of rural grass-roots party organizations to implement grasping party building for revitalization and promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.Overall,this thesis adheres to the research method of combining theory and practice,macro and micro,summarizes the wisdom of individual cases and proposes the experience of similar cases,providing useful reference for the majority of grass-roots party organizations to carry out high-quality party construction,innovate grass-roots party construction work and realize party construction leading rural revitalization.
