Research On The Path Of Building Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations In The Context Of Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization

With the successful completion of the war against poverty and the successful establishment of a moderately prosperous society,absolute poverty and overall regional poverty in rural areas have been effectively resolved.The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization as the articulation and continuation of the fight against poverty is conducive to consolidating and expanding the results of the fight against poverty and promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural development.Rural grass-roots party organizations are the manifestation of the Party’s grass-roots organization in rural areas,and are at the forefront of rural revitalization.They are responsible for such important duties as educating,managing and supervising party members,and contacting,organizing and uniting the masses.With the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,the construction of rural grassroots party organizations has been requested.Strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations and giving full play to their role as fighting bastions in the process of rural construction has become an important issue in promoting rural development in the new era.This paper takes the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization as the background and focuses on the theme of "construction of rural grass-roots party organizations",in accordance with the idea of "identifying problems,analyzing causes and finding paths".Firstly,the connotation of the rural revitalization strategy,comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations is explained,and the theoretical basis of the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in the context of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization is sorted out and analyzed,mainly the ideas of classic Marxist writers and the Communist Party of China on the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.The relationship between the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations is discussed,mainly covering two aspects: the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization puts forward requirements for the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations and the strengthening of the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations is conducive to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.Secondly,the current situation of the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is analyzed,and the main achievements of rural grass-roots party organizations in terms of political construction,ideological construction,institutional construction and style construction are summarized.The main problems in the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization are summarized,including the need to further enhance the performance of political functions,the need to further strengthen the implementation of institutional construction,the existence of weak links in team building,and the lack of social governance capacity.The existence of these problems not only restricts the construction and development of rural grass-roots party organizations,but also restricts the process of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Once again,the causes of the problems are analysed from four aspects: the ineffective implementation of ideological and political education,the negative impact brought by the development of market economy,the negative factors in traditional culture and the new challenges brought by the transformation of rural society.Finally,specific countermeasures are proposed to address the main problems in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,so as to better bring into play the fighting power of rural grass-roots party organizations in the process of rural construction.The political construction of grass-roots party organizations is continuously strengthened through strengthening theoretical learning and carrying out party building activities;the institutional construction of grass-roots party organizations is continuously strengthened through implementing democratic centralism,improving the assessment system for grass-roots party members and sounding the supervision system for grass-roots party organizations;the team construction of grass-roots party organizations is continuously strengthened through optimizing the structure of party members and effectively managing mobile party members;the education and training of party members and cadres is regularly conducted and the We have also continued to improve the social governance capacity of grassroots party organizations by providing regular education and training for party cadres and strengthening the funding for the operation of grassroots party organizations.
