Study On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Sports Public Service In Jintang County

With the continuous growth of the national economy,People’s quality of life has improved significantly,but also pay more attention to physical health,the quality of community sports services is required to improve.At the 18 th Party Congress,we also pointed out the need to improve the basic public service system,especially in the government,the need to optimize the way it provides services,improve the community sports service function,implement the national fitness.And the provision of high-quality community sports public services is a great test of the coordination and arrangement ability of the functional departments of the government.How can we make community public services equal and effective,it is very important for the community public service to penetrate into people’s real life.According to the experience needs of the community residents to the sports service,helping the community residents to optimize and improve the sports cognition and physical quality,promoting the healthy and harmonious sustainable development of the community sports,is also an important way to accelerate the construction of a civilized city.In this paper,the Public Service of community sports in the city of Jintang County,Chengdu,is taken as the research object,using the public service theory and multi-center governance theory knowledge,mainly using the method of questionnaire survey and field visit,to obtain the community sports public service data,and with the help of the analysis of the data,combined with the current situation of the community,do the reasons.And put forward the corresponding countermeasure to the existing problem pertinently.The study found that the current development of sports venues and equipment are not equipped with enough,the type is relatively single,the utilization rate is low,ignoring the differences in age,also studied the supply unit does not pay attention to the residents living background of the specific needs of different,whether to carry out activities or the establishment of organizational management system,there are unreasonable.There is also a clear paucity of funding for activities.Most of the activities did not feature local characteristics and were carried out without professional staff to guide them.The general residents own sports consciousness also waits to enhance and so on.The results showed that the lack of provision of public services in community sports in Jintang County led to a low level of satisfaction in the urban community.In view of such problems,the study put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: The community should make full use of existing sports facilities,maximize community public sports activities,the government should give full play to the role of functional departments,and effectively invest in sports public services,at the same time,government departments have increased publicity of the national fitness program,so that more people are involved in physical exercises,and community sports instructors have been added to enable community residents to carry out sports activities correctly and effectively,to promote the long-term and stable development of community sports public service.
