Research On The Supply Of Sports Public Service In The Old Community Of Shanghai ——Taking C Street Of Putuo District As An Example

Currently,my country is actively constructing a sports public service system to better meet people’s sports health needs.With the continuous progress of China’s social and economic development,the public’s understanding of the importance and necessity of sports health has gradually deepened,and the diversified demand for sports public services has become increasingly strong.As an important unit of the public’s production and life and a basic unit of public management,communities play a key role in meeting the public’s growing demand for sports and health.Residents’ satisfaction evaluation of community sports public services has a certain promoting effect on further improving the supply level and improving the quality of supply.In recent years,Shanghai has introduced some new policies and new measures.Shanghai’s public service system for national fitness has achieved full coverage of urban and rural communities,during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,and the overall development level of national fitness is at the forefront of the country.Facing the "14th Five-Year Plan",Shanghai’s community sports public service supply will face new opportunities and challenges.Taking C Street in Putuo District as an example,this paper explores the problem of sports public service supply in old communities in Shanghai,through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,understands and grasps the current situation of sports public services in old communities in C Street,and then improves the supply mode and content through residents’ satisfaction evaluation of sports public services in the community,so as to provide practical ideas and programs for improving the supply capacity of sports public services in old communities in Shanghai.This article has carefully combed and analyzed the situation of the old community sports public service supply in C Street,Putuo District,combined with the actual situation of the old community in C Street,found the following problems: First,the old community sports public service provider is relatively single;It is the richness and quality of the old community sports public service supply;third,the normalization of the supply and demand of the old community sports public service needs to be implemented;fourth,there is an imbalance in the supply of basic and differentiated sports public services in old communities;Fifth,the lack of performance evaluation mechanism in the supply.Find the reasons behind these problems,including: the old community sports public service supply has not been able to stimulate the vitality of non-governmental entities,the funding source of sports public service supply is relatively single,the sports public service opinion consultation mechanism has not been established,the construction of the professional team of sports public service needs further improvement and the publicity and promotion of sports public service is insufficient.In response to the above problems,in order to improve the supply of public sports services in the old communities in Shanghai,this article starts with improving the coordination and cooperation of the multiple supply entities of the old community sports public service;improving the content and methods of the supply;establishing the normalized opinion consultation mechanism for the sports public service;strengthening the professionals team building;improve the performance evaluation system of the old community sports public service and put forward relevant countermeasures.
