The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Security Management In Chengdu Metro TOD Station

In the current society,various cities are breaking ground to build subways,and benefiting the people are closely arranged underground,connecting the north and south,greatly facilitating the public transportation of urban residents.During the operation of the subway,subway stations with vastly different styles are neatly listed along the subway line.Some stations present the cultural characteristics of the surrounding area,while others embody the spiritual style of contemporary society,forming a series that outlines the magnificent development of the city.The subway TOD station stands out among many subway stations,with a large area and high pedestrian flow.The core hub is the label of the subway TOD station.The subway public security organs are facing unprecedented problems and difficulties in conducting security management at TOD stations.Conducting public security management at subway TOD stations can not only promote the improvement and development of public transportation order,but also serve as a connecting link to promote the overall improvement of public security in the city.Therefore,the security management mode of subway TOD stations,as well as the problems and countermeasures that arise during the process,deserve more in-depth research.This paper takes the public security management of TOD station of Chengdu Metro as the research object,and further explores the solutions to the public security management problems of TOD station by investigating the public security management situation of the station and the public security management problems presented in the daily operation process.The article briefly introduces the theory of holistic governance,the theory of collaborative governance,and the theory of comprehensive governance of social security.It also discusses the main characteristics of public security management at TOD stations of the subway,including the brief introduction of TOD stations of the subway,the realization of intelligent public security management of the subway,the innovation and exploration of the public security management mode at TOD stations of the subway,and then analyzes the current situation and effectiveness of public security management at TOD stations of the Chengdu subway,and finds the main problems in the public security management process at TOD stations of the Chengdu subway,the hidden dangers of public security in the shops in TOD stations of the subway The per capita jurisdiction area is too large,the aging of the police is serious,and the territorial jurisdiction disputes lead to the waste of police resources.Finally,according to the problems presented in the public security management of TOD stations in Chengdu Metro,it is pointed out that reasonable planning and scientific distribution of police in the jurisdiction area,increasing the police force,recruiting young talents,establishing capsule police stations,improving the mode of receiving and handling police,exploring the patrol mode of TOD stations,establishing the joint service linkage mechanism,maintaining the normalization of public security supervision in the shops in the stations,and exploring new countermeasures for public security management of TOD stations in Chengdu Metro from various aspects and angles,On the one hand,it is committed to ensuring safe travel of subway passengers and maintaining good subway public order;On the other hand,accumulate valuable experience in public security management at TOD stations,form a reasonable and effective management mechanism,and promote the improvement of public security management capacity at subway stations.
