"At the 2021 Central Ethnic Work Conference.the General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out,building a strong sense of the Chinese national community is the Party’s ethnic "agenda" for the new era,and all work must focus on it.At the same time,the meeting pointed out that in the new era,ethnic work must focus on forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community,promote all ethnic groups to firmly adhere to the "Five Identities" and continuously promote the construction of the Chinese national community,and deeply recognize that "forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community is an inevitable requirement for safeguarding the fundamental interests of all ethnic groups."."The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Cause of Ethnic Unity and Progress in Guizhou Province" pointed out that "to deepen the propaganda and education of socialist core values,to carry out the propaganda and education of patriotism centering on unifying the national conditions of multi-ethnic countries and the spirit of the Chinese nation,to guide the people of all ethnic groups to firmly establish the correct view of the country,history,ethnic group and culture,and to constantly strengthen the" five identities ".At the same time,it emphasizes the construction of teaching materials,courses,teaching staff and practice bases for primary and secondary schools in minority areas to strengthen the education of casting Chinese nation community consciousness,and the Major Action of casting Chinese Nation Community Consciousness in Guizhou Province to root the consciousness of casting Chinese nation community in the hearts of teenagers.In September 2021,the 14th Five-Year Special Plan for the Cause of Ethnic Unity and Progress of Guiyang City pointed out that it should establish and perfect the publicity and education system,innovate the publicity and education carrier,highlight the "four views" education among young students,highlight the "five identities" education among the people of all ethnic groups,and continue to carry out the "nine progress" activity of ethnic unity and progress.According to the "13th Five-Year Plan of Education Undertaking of Guiyang City" and "Key Points of Work in 2017-2022 Guiyang City",combined with the investigation of various primary schools in Guiyang City,this paper studies the education practice of Chinese nation community consciousness in primary schools in Guiyang City by means of questionnaire survey,interview and field survey.It is found that there are some phenomena in Guiyang primary schools,such as students’ incomplete understanding,poor understanding,low sense of participation,and inconsistent understanding and practice in the education of the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,and the causes of the problems in school education,family education,social education and practical education of various primary schools in Guiyang are investigated and analyzed.It is found that the educational methods,ideas and behaviors of family,school and society have an impact on the consciousness of community of the Chinese nation.Based on the problems found in the investigation,combined with the Ministry of Education and other four departments on the issuance of "Deepening the Guidelines for Ethnic Unity and Progress education in schools in the New Era" Notice to the people(2021)No.1 document requirements in the primary school low,middle grade stage,primary school senior stage education specific content,combined with the Guiyang primary school to forge the common consciousness of the Chinese nation’s actual situation put forward specific countermeasures: One is to strengthen the organization and leadership of Guiyang primary schools to cast fast Chinese nation community consciousness education;Secondly,the multi-education method is the important guarantee of the Chinese nation’s consciousness of community;Third,promote the innovation and practice of basic education work to improve the governance efficiency of basic education work.With the socialist core values as the guide,through vivid legal practice education,to promote social customs and create a lively and clean network space,promote the innovation of education methods.
