A Study On The Ideological And Political Work Of Community Party And Mass Service Centers

Grassroots ideological and political work is the key support of grassroots work.It can effectively resolve grassroots conflicts,promote the smooth development of grassroots work,and is an important guarantee for maintaining social stability and harmony at the grassroots level.As a new platform for grassroots ideological and political work,how to better play the role of community party and mass service centers is worth our consideration.Taking the XX Community Party and Mass Service Center in Hangzhou City as an example,this article investigated and studied the current situation of ideological and political work in community party and mass service centers.It was found that while certain achievements have been made,there are also problems such as insufficient support from the community party committee,inadequate work in the party and mass service centers,and lack of active participation from community residents.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems in the real case,this article began to rationalize how community party and mass service centers can better carry out ideological and political work.Firstly,it is necessary to strengthen the role of community party and mass service centers as a platform for ideological and political work.It is necessary to clarify the objectives of ideological and political work in community party and mass service centers and provide guarantees for their implementation.Secondly,it is necessary to optimize the path of ideological and political work in community party and mass service centers.This includes updating work concepts to give full play to the lifeblood of ideological and political work,adding vitality to work to inject new momentum and energy,strengthening the construction of the ideological and political work team to improve business capabilities,and improving the management level of party and mass service centers to solidify the responsibility subject.
