With the rapid development of the economy and society,social contradictions have become more diverse,and the public security situation is becoming increasingly severe and complex.The task of maintaining public safety and social management by public security organs is also becoming increasingly heavy.With the increasing task of building a safe China,the problem of insufficient police force in public security organs at all levels has become more prominent.To address this problem,local public security organs have recruited a large number of police auxiliary personnel to improve local social security levels and enhance the sense of security and happiness of the people.Practice has proven that police auxiliary personnel have played an important role in improving the quality of government services,maintaining social order,and enhancing people’s sense of security and satisfaction.However,at the same time,the police auxiliary team has repeatedly encountered problems,such as using their power to seek benefits,and frequent incidents of illegal law enforcement and infringement.However,within the public security organs,police auxiliary personnel are in a disadvantaged position compared to formal police officers,and there are generally problems such as narrow promotion channels,poor salary and treatment,high personnel mobility,and inadequate protection of rights and interests.Optimizing the management of police auxiliary teams has become an important component of strengthening and improving public security work in the new era.This article conducts research on the current management status of police auxiliary personnel in E City Public Security Bureau,distributes questionnaires,and conducts on-site investigations.Analyze the survey data and combine it with practical work experience to explore the existing problems in the management of police auxiliary personnel in E City Public Security Bureau.By comparing the current management situation with other regions,analyze the existing reasons for the management of police auxiliary personnel in E City Public Security Bureau.Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the difficulties in the management process of police auxiliary personnel based on theories related to management,especially public management.At the same time,conduct extensive searches for authoritative scholars,and advanced concepts and practices in the management of police auxiliary personnel in coastal cities,identify experiences that can be used for reference by the E City Public Security Bureau,and provide reference suggestions for optimizing the management of police auxiliary personnel in the E City Public Security Bureau. |
