| At the ending of 2019,the terrible global COVID-19 epidemic broke out suddenly,fast and powerful.The practice of emergency response across the country has exposed many deficiencies in the emergency response to public health emergencies,especially in crowded public places.Once a health emergency occurs,there is no complete and effective emergency response mechanism to deal with it,which will cause difficult to control and serious losses.In this context,based on the process theory of emergency management,the theory of emergency communication management and coordination,this paper selects Hohhot Station,a representative public place,as the research object,and conducts a specific study on its emergency response mechanism of public health emergencies.The current situation of the emergency response mechanism of public health emergencies in Hohhot Station was understood through field investigation and internal data reference.Questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and case analysis were adopted to investigate and analyze the emergency response mechanism of public health emergencies in Hohhot Station.This paper finds out the problems existing in the public health emergency response mechanism of Hohhot station and analyzes the corresponding reasons.Finally,through in-depth research and thinking,combined with the experience and inspiration of emergency response mechanism of railway stations in other parts of China,This paper believes that the emergency response mechanism of public health emergencies in Hohhot Station can be strengthened and improved from four aspects: comprehensively improving the emergency response mechanism,comprehensively strengthening the emergency command and coordination mechanism,comprehensively improving the emergency handling and linkage mechanism,and comprehensively building the emergency information release and guarantee mechanism.And provide reference for other domestic public places to improve the public health emergency response mechanism. |
