Study On Business Enveronmert Problems And Countermeasures In Xincheng District Hf Hohhot City

In today’s economy,which has entered a fast track of development,the business environment is an essential indicator to evaluate how much attention and effort a city puts into its own economic development.Whether a city’s economy is in a healthy development trend,whether it has a high level of civilization,these are closely related to whether the region has a high level of business environment.If a region has a good business environment,the region’s economic development level naturally also shows a good trend.If a region wants to create a good business environment,then the government has an irreplaceable position in the process.In order to change to a service-oriented government,the government needs to continuously improve and optimize its own functions,so as to create a good business environment for its own city and provide the impetus for the rapid economic development of the city.Over the years,the government department of Hohhot,which is located in the new city,has introduced some special action programs and carried out activities to upgrade and optimize the current business environment in the city,but the business environment has not reached the expected ideal state.After understanding the current business environment in Xincheng District of Hohhot City through questionnaires and interviews,we found that the government’s legalization level is low,administrative service efficiency is not high,market players have high operating costs,production factors are difficult to obtain,and not enough attention is paid to the talent market,etc.The reason for this is that the service concept of government departments in Xincheng District is not market-oriented,and it is not a good business environment,The weak awareness of subjectively creating a good business environment,the backwardness of the built social credit system network,and the lack of investment in talent introduction and cultivation.Therefore,after analyzing domestic regions that have established successful and advanced business environment,this paper summarizes the reasons and experiences of local success and proposes new solutions to optimize the business environment in the new city of Hohhot.The solution includes how to drive the optimization and upgrading of the business environment with the help of policy instruments,how to improve services for the improvement of the business environment,and how the government can strengthen capacity building to escort the construction of a good business environment.This paper summarizes the successful experiences and proposes solutions in the context of Hohhot city,aiming to provide highly relevant and useful countermeasures for local economic development,and to lay a certain theoretical and practical foundation for other regions to formulate policies to optimize the business environment and boost the economy in the future.
