Inveseigation On The Man Nationality Work At Xincheng District In Hohhot City

The people living in a united and multinational countries like China have quite different religious belief and customs of their own. It is an important issue for the governments at all levels to deal well with the affairs managements among nations, since it is related to the national unity and social stability. With the greatly support by the district commission, government and all the joint efforts, a scientific management has been explored, obvious achievements have been made. No mass event occurs by national problem since the district built. In this paper, a detailed research and analysis about the Man nationality management in XinCheng district of Hohhot city have been presented, the shortage has been summarized according to the references related to national managements. The analysis are based on the following six parts: improving leaders’ attention, helping the Man and other nationalities economy developments, establishing a perfect community work, strengthening links with other provinces and cities, enhancing the protection of national culture, increasing knowledge of national publicity. After all, the problems have been pointed out, and improvements have been proposed. Besides, some experiences and methods in home and abroad are also introduced, which are aimed to give some help when dealing with the Man national management in XinCheng and other districts with the Man as the major nation.
