As an important force in the social comprehensive governance system and the mainstay of promoting public safety construction,the public security organs play a crucial role.In the new era and new situation,it is an important task to strengthen the regularization and efficiency construction of the public security forces in response to the requirements of the times and to innovate and strengthen the effectiveness of social governance.In the context of big data,in order to enhance the law enforcement efficiency of public security organs,it is necessary to accelerate the deep integration of big data and the performance assessment of public security organs.Taking X City Public Security Bureau as the research object,based on the theory of management by objective,360-degree performance evaluation,and two-factor theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of target responsibility assessment in X City Public Security Bureau under the background of big data through literature research,case analysis,and questionnaire survey methods,and thus identifies existing problems and proposes optimization strategies.Firstly,this paper organizes the research on relevant domestic and international literature to understand and grasp the current research and development status of performance assessment of public security organs in the era of big data,and briefly explains the concepts of target responsibility assessment,performance assessment of public security organs,and big data.Through sorting out and analyzing the current situation of target responsibility assessment in X City Public Security Bureau and combining the results of the survey questionnaire,it is found that there are problems such as the lack of scientific assessment index system,low quality of assessment data,low efficiency of assessment work,and insufficient depth of assessment in X City Public Security Bureau.In-depth analysis of the reasons for the existing problems shows that they are caused by the complexity of public security work,weak integration of police data,incomplete assessment work process,and inadequate assessment guarantee measures.Drawing on the successful experience of performance assessment in other public security organs in China,this paper proposes suggestions such as improving the assessment index system using big data,enhancing the quality of assessment data using big data,improving the assessment work mechanism from multiple dimensions,and improving the assessment guarantee measures at a deeper level.In the performance assessment work of public security organs in the new era,it should better integrate the advantages of the big data era,make use of the advantages of big data technology,combine with the practical work of public security,explore and innovate new methods of target responsibility assessment under the background of big data,and better play the role of target responsibility assessment as a guide to further improve the efficiency of public security work. |
