Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Talent Team In Nankai District Of Tianjin

As the first resource,human resource is the key to improve the level of regional economic development and regional core competitiveness.In the critical period of economic transformation and upgrading,the "war for talent" has become increasingly fierce both in the world and in various regions in China.Nowadays,the competition between enterprises has evolved into a competition between talents,and talents are playing an increasingly prominent fundamental,strategic and decisive role in the development of enterprises.As a gathering area of innovative resources such as scientific research,education and medical treatment,Nankai District has put forward the regional development orientation of "Innovative Nankai",and urgently needs to build a high-level enterprise talent team to provide talent support for "innovative Nankai" and inject strong power into regional economic and social development.Based on Xi Jinping’s theory of talents development,and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Forum’s expectation theory,this thesis takes Tianjin Nankai District enterprise talent team as the research subject,and analyzes the overall development and production structure,the development environment of talents and the status quo of the talent team in Nankai District.And further design,issue and analyze the questionnaire,come to the conclusion that there are some shortcomings and problems in the construction of enterprise talent team in Nankai District in terms of system and mechanism,talent introduction and cultivation,platform construction,supporting services,cooperation with universities and scientific research institutes in the District,and analyze the causes behind the problems.Then,the author selects districts in Tianjin and other benchmark regions in China similar to Nankai District to conduct a large number of field research,discussion and visits,learn the experience of enterprise talent team construction in advanced regions,and put forward countermeasures to speed up the construction of enterprise talent team in Nankai District in combination with theory and practice,that is,improve the system and mechanism,improve the level of talent introduction The purpose of building a talent innovation and entrepreneurship platform,creating fine services and giving full play to the role of universities and scientific research institutes in Nankai District is to make some enlightenment for the construction of enterprise talent team in Nankai District and even the talent work planning in the future.
