Research On The Optimization Of Public Service Function Of N City In Anhui Province In The Establishment Of National Civilized City

Located in the mountainous area of Southern Anhui,city N vigorously developed the private economy in the 1990 s.It once won the title of one of the top 100 counties in China and is the "leader" of county-level cities in Anhui Province.In recent years,the development of the lower buildings in N city tends to be saturated,and began to transform from an extensive development model to an intensive cultivation development model.In 2017 and 2020,it competed for a national civilized city twice,with a view to improving the government’s public service level and shaping a good urban public civilization through this activity.National civilized city is the highest evaluation of a city’s construction in all aspects,including politics,economy,culture,ecological environment and social environment.It is also an important standard to measure the quality of the city and the happiness index of residents.It is of great significance to improve the quality of the city and the happiness index of residents.The national civilized city building activity is a necessary stage to realize socialist urban civilization,an important form to optimize the government’s public service function,and a comprehensive test of the government’s governance ability in the region.To achieve the goal,we need to effectively improve administrative efficiency,give full play to the advantages of government resource allocation,and provide better public services for urban development.Based on the new public service theory,government function theory and other theories,and based on the historical and practical situation of the establishment of national civilized cities in n city,Anhui Province,this paper studies the weaknesses and blind areas in the performance of public service functions of county-level governments in China,Combined with the historical experience of the establishment of domestic advanced cities and the governance experience of foreign cities with a high degree of civilization,this paper puts forward an effective path to optimize the performance of the public service function of N city government in the national civilized city establishment activities,hoping to provide reasonable suggestions for the optimization of the government public service function of other similar cities.
