| The report of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection proposed that it is necessary to continuously strengthen the eight provisions of the central government,persevere in the rectification of corruption and unhealthy tendencies around the masses,and promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the party,the construction of a clean and honest government and the fight against corruption.As the ’ last mile ’ of supervision and discipline enforcement,the township discipline inspection and supervision institutions face the most grass-roots personnel exercising public power and the majority of village party members.The effectiveness of their work directly affects the grass-roots government and the rural clean environment.The " micro-corruption " at the grassroots level is still severe.The problem of corruption has led to an endless stream of letters and visits,which has affected the effect of social governance and undermined the long-term stability of society.However,due to the constraints of institutional mechanisms,unclear responsibilities,and low quality of cadres,the role of township discipline inspection and supervision institutions has not been fully utilized.Therefore,how to improve the work of township discipline inspection and supervision institutions has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking the township discipline inspection and supervision institutions in Zichuan District of Zibo City as an example,this thesis explains the definition of township discipline inspection and supervision institutions and the functions of discipline inspection and supervision by referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad.This paper uses the theory of organizational effectiveness to evaluate and analyze the work of township discipline inspection and supervision institutions from the perspective of ability,resources,process and interests.Through interviews and research,using the theory of organizational effectiveness,it is found that there are still many problems in the current work of township discipline inspection and supervision institutions,such as the lack of capacity of township discipline inspection cadres,the lack of case clue resources,the unsmooth process of supervision and discipline enforcement,and the low satisfaction of stakeholders.Through research,combined with practical work,this paper discusses the influencing factors of the work of township discipline inspection and supervision institutions.Taking the Discipline Inspection Commission of Laosengtang Town,Jiaxiang County,Shandong Province,the Discipline Inspection Commission of Yanlou Town,Yanggu County,and the Discipline Inspection Commission of Hengdaohezi Town,Hailin City,Heilongjiang Province as the object,this paper summarizes and refines the excellent work experience of three township discipline inspection and supervision institutions,and puts forward effective measures to improve the work of township discipline inspection and supervision institutions from four perspectives : improving the ability of discipline inspection and supervision cadres,broadening the source of case clues,smoothing the process of supervision and discipline enforcement,and improving the satisfaction of stakeholders. |
