Research On The Supply And Demand Of Elderly Care For Left-behind Elderly People In Rural Areas Of Q Town, C County, Shandong Provinc

In recent years,the aging of the population has been deepening,the family planning policy has made the size of the family structure smaller,the acceleration of the urbanization process makes a large number of children work and settle down in different places,and the modern children pursue independent living concept,so that the proportion of the elderly left behind in rural areas has been increasing.At present,the pension problem of the elderly left behind in rural areas has become a hot topic of social attention,but also an important livelihood issue to be solved.This thesis makes an in-depth study on the supply and demand of the rural left-behind elderly in Q Town,C County,Shandong Province by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.Firstly,the literature at home and abroad is reviewed,and the research background,significance,content and methods are expounded.Secondly,the concept of the rural left-behind elderly and the elderly care is defined,and the theory of public goods,multi-center governance theory and Maslow’s demand theory are introduced.Thirdly,from the five aspects of economic security,life care,spiritual comfort,medical and health care and the comparison of the needs of the elderly left behind in rural areas of Q Town,C County,Shandong Province,the pension needs were investigated.The supply of rural left-behind elderly in Q Town,C County,Shandong Province was investigated from four aspects: the supply of rural social security policy services,institutional pension services,administrative village pension services,and family pension services.It was found that there are problems in the supply and demand of rural left-behind elderly in Q town,C county.Then,based on the survey results,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of the supply and demand of the elderly left behind in rural areas in Q Town,C County,Shandong Province,and finds that the elderly left behind in rural areas in Q town,C county,mainly exist four major problems: unmet pension demand,single pension supply subject,low utilization rate of pension supply resources,and lack of pension professionals.However,the lack of feedback mechanism of pension demand,lack of joint force of multiple subjects,imperfect supply-side pension service management system,and imperfect security mechanism of pension professionals are the causes of the demand and supply of the rural left-behind elderly in this region.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the supply and demand problem of rural left-behind elderly in Q Town,C County,Shandong Province.First,it can meet the diversified needs of the elderly,which can be achieved by optimizing the supply structure and improving the quality of the supply of the elderly.The second is to build a diversified body of pension,which can be realized by the government playing a leading role in security,social institutions increasing participation,families strengthening the main responsibility of pension,and the elderly strengthening their own awareness of pension.Third,improve the supply-side pension service management system,which can be achieved by standardizing the operation and management of supply-side pension service and improving the operation level of supply-side pension service.The fourth is to build a professional endowment talents team,which can be realized by focusing on the introduction and training of professional endowment talents and strengthening the incentive of professional endowment talents.
