| Education is one of the greatest plan of the country and the Party.The formulation and implementation of education policies are related to the growth of every student.Since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China,the government has formulated and issued a series of policies to address the phenomenon of excessive academic burden faced by students in the compulsory education stage,in order to reverse the current situation.The introduction of a series of policies has to some extent alleviated the burden on students,but some new contradictions are still emerging in the process of policy implementation.Since the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in Compulsory education" was launched,it has provided new ideas and pointed out new directions for the promotion of burden reduction work of the compulsory education students.Based on the current situation of the implementation of the "double reduction" policy and the Smith model theory,using Z junior high school in District C as the research object,this dissertation makes a comprehensive analysis of the policy,the implementation subject,the target subject and the social environment factors.On the basis of sorting out the relevant "burden reduction" policies implemented by the state,the province and the city,this dissertation uses game theory to explore the interest relationship among the government,society,parents and students.In this dissertation,we use questionnaire surveys and interviews to understand the current situation based on the launch,and analyse the difficulties and reasons in the current policy promotion process to put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the promotion of "double reduction" policy landing.Firstly,through the study of domestic and foreign literature to determine the research direction,introduce the research methods expound the basic concepts and theoretical foundations.This dissertation also introduced the evolution and implementation status of policies at the national,provincial,and municipal levels.Next,taking Z Junior High School as the research object,we conducted questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and data analysis on students,parents,and teachers,to understand the current implementation status of the "double reduction" policy in Z Junior High School in Zone C.Although the overall promotion is favourable,there are still problems caused by differences in interests and demands among different subjects.In order to improve the problems,we need to:First of all,improve relevant policies;Secondly,enhance the flexibility of the executing entity’s work;Thirdly,guide the target group to diversify their execution methods;The fourth is to guide the significant improvement of environmental factors. |
