Research On Effective Linkage Between Poverty Alleviation And Rural Revitalization In N Towns Of S County

Since China entered the process of modernization,there have been many problems such as peasants’ poverty and rural decline,while poverty alleviation and revitalization are the focus of rural attention.In 2020,the overall victory in poverty alleviation laid a solid foundation for the completion of the "Centenary" goal.Having won this battle,we will continue to promote the development of poverty-stricken areas and improve people’s quality of life.In terms of time,the fight against poverty has entered a consolidated stage,and the Party’s key work has shifted to revitalizing rural areas.From the perspective of service objects,poverty alleviation serves poor counties,poor villages and poor households,while rural revitalization serves the entire rural population.Getting rid of poverty is the basic requirement of rural revitalization,and the common goal of both is for the people’s happy life.Although the two have made positive progress in the connection,there are still problems.This study studied the problems and causes in the implementation of the connection between the two in S county and N town through social investigation method and text analysis method,and put forward corresponding solutions.Focus in the study of this paper is the crucial and rural poverty problems that exist in the revitalization of the effective connection and countermeasures,and tightly fit the realistic background and features of S county town of N using the theory of sustainable development theory and the elaborating management,to ensure that poverty after,after the completion of poverty population,Tuo Pin Village,can eliminate the risk of poverty region,effectively prevent the Chinese poverty,keep not allowed the large-scale Chinese bottom line.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the effective connection between poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation,and introduces how N town effectively connects the two in the development of poverty alleviation industry,ecological livable construction,township customs and civilization construction,grassroots governance system and improvement of living standards.Through the analysis of the current situation,summed up the poverty alleviation industry want to transform and development of difficulties,farmers lack of subjectivity,rural team construction difficulties,brain drain,cadre thought is not in place,farmers’ low level of education,grassroots governance effect is poor,the difficulty of work four aspects.Through the analysis of the problems,digging deep reasons,from the industrial development momentum,participation of farmers,rural talent resources,grassroots personnel quality four aspects,the cause of induction.Based on the overview of the above parts,this paper puts forward the changes that S county and N town need to make in the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,which are mainly to encourage the diversified development of industries,cultivate the independent consciousness of farmers,improve the talent security system,and improve the grassroots governance system.
