| In 2020,China’s poverty alleviation has achieved a phased victory,which will be transferred to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.The high-quality development of rural areas requires high-quality talents.As an important type of vocational education,higher vocational education undertakes the task of transporting high-quality and skilled talents.At present,the revitalization of rural areas needs more skilled talents,and the supply of talents in higher vocational education needs to be adjusted according to the needs of rural areas.Based on the analysis of human capital theory and education supply theory,this paper explores the current situation of talent supply of Guangxi higher vocational education service rural revitalization from three aspects: supply structure,quality and model.In terms of talent supply structure,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the supply of higher vocational education majors in Guangxi,and analyzes the imbalance of talent supply structure through the adaptability of professional structure and industrial structure.In terms of the quality of talent supply,through the survey of the employer’s satisfaction with the quality of higher vocational talents,the satisfaction status is obtained from the aspects of knowledge,ability and attitude,and the problem of low supply quality is analyzed from the current situation.In terms of talent supply mode,this paper summarizes the supply mode types by taking the typical agriculture-related higher vocational colleges in Guangxi as an example,and finds the problem of single supply mode from the current situation of supply mode.According to the problem of talent supply,from the macro factors,schools,students and employers to explore the reasons.Based on the problems of talent supply structure,quality and model,this paper puts forward three suggestions on the talent supply of Guangxi higher vocational education for rural revitalization.The first is to optimize the layout of majors,mainly from the government,schools and students to explain the setting of majors,explore measures to improve the supply structure;The second is to strengthen the construction of teaching standards,and explore measures to promote the construction of teaching standards from the aspects of schools,students and employers to improve the quality of talent supply;The third is to broaden the school-enterprise cooperation,respectively from the talent training policy guidance and improve the security system to promote the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation,in order to improve the talent supply model. |
