Research On The Efficiency Improvement Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education Management Institutions In Colleges And Universities In Hebei Province

In recent years,due to the strong support of the state for innovation and entrepreneurship activities in colleges and universities,the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province is in the ascendant and has made remarkable progress.However,we should also realize that there are still some deficiencies in the construction and operation of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,and it is urgent to optimize the administrative management.Improving the administrative efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province can make the institutions better serve the innovation and entrepreneurship activities of college students.This paper starts with how to improve the administrative efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in Hebei universities,in order to provide useful reference for the organization construction and administrative efficiency management of innovation and entrepreneurship platform in Hebei universities.This paper focuses on the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.It mainly studies the administrative efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions under the two different organizational mechanisms of " affiliated " and "independent " in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.By exploring the methods of improving administrative efficiency,this paper summarizes the ideas of building innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,improves the management level and comprehensive ability of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,and then promotes the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and comparative research method to describe the operation status of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,points out two types of organizational mechanisms of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the internal administrative personnel of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province and the external personnel of institutions that have business contacts with innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions.The questionnaire questions for internal administrative personnel are mainly set around the criteria for measuring the administrative efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,including administrative organization efficiency,administrative decision-making efficiency,administrative cost efficiency,administrative execution and procedure efficiency,administrative service efficiency,etc.The questionnaire questions for external personnel are mainly set to evaluate the administrative work of innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.Through the analysis of the above survey data,found that the innovation and entrepreneurship education management institutions in colleges and universities in hebei province in terms of administrative organization efficiency organization mechanism is not perfect,administrative personnel professional ability and quality is not high,performance appraisal and incentive.
