| Under the background of rapid aging,the service mode of community home-based care for the aged embodies the advantages of traditional family care and institutional care,and as an alternative new care mode,it has been paid more and more attention.Changsha,as a pilot city for the reform of the aged care service industry,has made great efforts in recent years to promote the community home-based aged care service model to penetrate into the grassroots aged care.Based on the connotation characteristics of demand spillover theory,this paper takes the form of sampling survey to investigate the service choice intention and service supply status of community home-based care for the elderly in three districts and counties(cities)in Changsha,and analyzes the difference of service demand by factor analysis and multiple linear regression model.It is found that the demand of community home-based care for the elderly in Changsha is mainly concentrated in four areas: life care,daily supervision,service agency and spiritual comfort,which are influenced by multiple factors.On this basis,the demand spillover effect of community home-based aged care service is further analyzed by using the ordered multi-classification Logit model,and it is found that individual functional status,family care ability,social and economic conditions and government factors will all have a significant impact on the cognition of the main body of community home-based aged care service for the elderly.Therefore,it is necessary to determine the responsibility of different aged care service providers in combination with the actual situation of the elderly.At present,the service mode of community home-based care for the aged in Changsha has achieved initial results,but there are still many problems to be solved.Based on the research contents,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the precision of community home-based care for the aged in Changsha from four aspects:accurate identification of needs,accurate positioning of responsibilities,accurate supply of policies and accurate supply of services. |
