As the product of the Internet information technology revolution,platform enterprises rely on digital technology and algorithm system rapid development,widely penetrated into every field of production and life.As a new form of economic organization,platform enterprises provide convenience for people’s life and inject new momentum into economic development.At the same time,compared with traditional enterprises,platform enterprises have undergone great changes in labor mode and employment form.The change of labor mode and employment form plays an irreplaceable role in broadening employment channels,facilitating flexible employment and increasing income of workers.At the same time,the characteristics of concealed,flexible and unstable employment of platform enterprises lead to some new situations and problems in labor relations,such as difficulties in legal identification of labor relations,frequent labor disputes,and infringement of workers’ legitimate rights and interests.This paper studies the changes of labor relations in Chinese platform enterprises,correctly understands the existing problems in the platform enterprise labor relations,solves the new contradictions in the platform enterprise labor relations,relates to the protection of legitimate rights and interests of laborers,relates to the construction of socialist harmonious labor relations and the stable and healthy development of economic society.The issue of labor-management relations is the core issue of Marxist political economy research.Based on the labor theory of value and the theory of surplus value,Marx conducted a systematic study of labor-management relations under capitalist conditions and profoundly revealed the manifestation and essence of labor-management relations under capitalist conditions and the fundamental way to solve labor-management confrontation.By examining the labor-management relations of China’s platform enterprises from the perspective of Marx’s labor-management relations,we can not only see through the deeper substance behind the phenomenon of labor-management relations of platform enterprises,but also get important insights from it to correctly understand and deal with the labor-management relations of platform enterprises.Based on the combing of Marx’s labor-management relations theory,this paper systematically analyzes the labor-management relations of platform enterprises from the perspective of Marx’s labor-management relations theory.The paper consists of three main parts except the introduction:The first part mainly composes the Marxist theory of labor-management relations.Marx believed that capital and wage labor arise under certain historical conditions and labor-management relations are a historical production relationship.The essence of labor-management relations is the antagonism between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie,which manifests itself in the coercion and domination of capital over labor in the field of production,the formal equality and factual inequality between labor and capital in the field of circulation,the direct antagonism of interests between labor and capital in the field of distribution,and the subordination of workers’ personal consumption to the reproduction of capital in the field of consumption.The fundamental way to solve the confrontation between labor and capital is to eliminate capitalist private ownership.And the elimination of capitalist private ownership is a historical process.The second part analyzes the labor-management relations of platform enterprises based on Marx’s theory of labor-management relations.With the help of algorithmic system and information technology,the traditional material means of production are replaced by data means of production,the labor process is free from the limitation of time and space,and the labor mode and employment mode have changed accordingly.Compared with the labor relations of traditional enterprises,the labor relations of platform enterprises have new characteristics of flexibility,concealment and instability,and present new forms of expression.However,the essence of labor-management relations has not changed,which is the possession,coercion and exploitation of labor by platform capital,and the subordination of labor to capital is weakened in form but strengthened in substance.The new problems and contradictions faced by labor-management relations of platform enterprises need to be solved.The third part talks about the inspiration of Marx’s theory of labor-management relations to the understanding and handling of labor-management relations of platform enterprises in China.Marx’s theory of labor-management relations profoundly reveals the essence of capitalist labor-management relations antagonism,which has important revelations for our understanding of labor-management relations of platform enterprises.Marx pointed out that the demise of the capitalist system is a historical process.In China,the non-public economy is still an important part of our basic economic system.As long as there is a non-public economy,capital exists and capital logic works.Platform capital is an important manifestation of capital,and the existence of conflicts between labor and management within platform enterprises and even conflicts under certain conditions is inevitable.We should face up to the degree of confrontation and contradiction between labor and capital in platform enterprises,face up to the reality that capital is strong and labor is weak,and face up to and take measures to solve the new problems faced by labor-management relations in platform enterprises.At the same time,China’s public ownership of the means of production is the mainstay,the public economy is the universal light,socialist platform capital has its own special characteristics,platform capital owners and workers are politically equal,economically are the builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics,including the owners of platform capital,non-public economy owners and operators are "own people " Although there are contradictions and confrontations between labor and capital,their fundamental interests are the same,and labor-management cooperation is the mainstream of labor-management relations.The government,enterprises and workers should work together to build a harmonious labor-management relationship with Chinese characteristics. |
