Abstract/Summary:
Since the reform and open, the rapid development of China’s private economy hasbecome an important impetus for China’s economic development. As the mainparticipants of the national economy, private enterprises have made great contribution tothe social and economic development of China.Set up the labor intensive enterprises has a lower threshold, and its operate cost isrelatively low. Therefore, a large number of labor-intensive enterprises came into being.But different quality of enterprise managers, a considerable number of enterprises lagbehind labor management model, the lack of humane care, low wages and benefits,serious working overtime, large staff turnover, and recruitment difficulties, are theissues of direct impact on labor relations’ harmony and stability, which restrictingChina’s economic development and social stability at this stage, most of our privateenterprises engage in labor-intensive industries, the quality and technological level oflabor is low and easily to be substituted.The development of labor-intensive industries is a necessary stage of a country’sindustrial development. whereas China’s large population, abundant labor resources, andthe offer of favorable conditions for the development of labor-intensive industries,cheap labor not only made cheap Chinese-made goods, but also attracted a large numberof foreign-funded enterprises set up factories in China, which has played anirreplaceable role in economic growth and ease the employment pressure. Therefore,how the timely mediation ideas of private labor-intensive enterprises in the developmentprocess effectively to resolve labor conflicts, the establishment of harmonious laborrelations, is an important topic worthy of our attention. This paper described the statusquo of labor relations of private labor-intensive enterprises in China, on the basis of theproblem, XX company, for example, in research, based on its labor relations issues anddevelopment of the company the plight of research from the perspective of humanresource management thinking the XX company labor management approach to build aharmonious labor relations between the reference of the private labor-intensiveenterprises, on the basis of the analysis of XX company labor way, digging a deeper reason behind the problem, proposed improvement ideas, and give full play to thegovernment, enterprises, workers’ role in building a harmonious labor relations, buildharmonious labor relations of the private labor-intensive enterprises in China to proposea solution.
