Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the country’s anti-graft efforts have been strengthened,and comprehensive and strict governance of the Party has been extended to the grassroots,pushing the law-based governance of the country into all fields.As stated in the report to the Party’s 20 th National Congress,"We must fulfill the general requirements for Party building in the new era,improve the system of comprehensive and strict Party governance,and comprehensively promote the Party’s self-purification,self-improvement,self-renovation,and self-improvement,so that the Party will remain true to its original mission and remain a strong leadership core for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics." In this situation,the work status and efficiency of grassroots discipline inspection cadres have a direct impact on the Party building and comprehensive and strict Party governance in depth.The job burnout of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision cadres will directly affect their working state.However,at present,there is little discussion about the job burnout of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision cadres in domestic academia.Therefore,this study is of great significance.According to the current situation of the supervision work of the grassroots discipline inspection commission in T City,this paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,qualitative and quantitative combination,takes the discipline inspection and supervision cadres of three counties and districts of T City as the investigation objects,uses questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and field research to comprehensively understand the burnout situation,and then uses the two-factor theory and ERG theory to analyze the causes of burnout of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision cadres in T City,and concludes through the analysis that the causes of burnout of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision cadres in T City mainly include excessive personal expectations,the security system is not perfect,the assessment and promotion system is not perfect,the personnel deployment policy is not scientific,and the social interpersonal relationship is not harmonious.From the three perspectives of strengthening ideological and political construction,optimizing management and guarantee mechanisms,and improving social support,solutions for establishing correct ideals and beliefs,strengthening party spirit building,improving the guarantee system,improving the promotion mechanism,standardizing the assessment system,scientifically formulating personnel deployment policies,strengthening positive publicity and guidance,optimizing interpersonal relations,and establishing a protection mechanism are proposed.The conclusion of the paper summarizes the conclusions of this paper.Through the research of this paper,based on the particularity of the work of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision cadres,it can provide some ideas for solving the problem of burnout among grassroots discipline inspection and supervision cadres. |
