To govern a country,we must first govern the Party,and only when the Party is prosperous can the country be strong.The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the need to adhere to a strict tone to strengthen the correct conduct and discipline,adhere to party spirit,conduct and discipline,resolutely win the long-term battle against corruption,and punish evil with a zero tolerance attitude.But the construction of the Party,especially the construction of Party conduct and clean governance,and the fight against corruption,face many stubborn and frequent problems.Discipline inspection and supervision cadres are at the forefront of anti-corruption,with significant responsibilities and glorious missions.The disciplinary inspection and supervision team,as the core and backbone force in the construction of party conduct and clean governance and the fight against corruption,is the foundation of the entire supervision team system.It is particularly important to build a high-quality and professional grassroots disciplinary inspection and supervision cadre team.This article focuses on the investigation of grassroots disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres in G District,Guizhou Province.After a questionnaire survey,it was found that over 40% of the respondents often experience inexplicable fatigue,nervousness,depression,forgetfulness,hair loss/gray hair,fear of making mistakes,and often make mistakes when facing pressure.How to adapt to pressure,tend to exercise and fitness,communicate with people,taste food,and engage in film and television entertainment.By exploring the sources of stress,it can be concluded that among occupational factors,knowledge updates are rapid,job requirements are high,work intensity is high,and work pace is fast.Among economic factors,work income is not high,and living costs are significantly increased.Among interpersonal factors,insufficient care for family members and limited social interaction time are more obvious.Among development factors,job promotion space is small,and multiple job opportunities for exercise are less obvious.Suggest starting from four aspects to adjust pressure: firstly,optimize the effectiveness of training,improve discipline awareness,discipline thinking,and discipline literacy;The second is to optimize incentive protection,that is,to strengthen health factors and incentive factors;The third is to optimize the external environment,increase family support,unit support,and social support;The fourth is to optimize internal supervision,fully identify,train,and protect cadres.
