| In recent years,my country’s political and legal work has continued to advance,and the demand and guarantee of special funds for political and legal funds have gradually increased.With the increasing investment and use of special funds for political and legal funds,the efficiency and effect of funds have caused government departments and the public to the public.More attention from different groups,so performance evaluation of special funds for political and legal funds has become an inevitable requirement,and the improvement and development of the relevant performance evaluation system must be followed.This article analyzes the existing performance evaluation system in the case of cases in the Procuratorate of City A Procuratorate,and found that there are some problems.Then use the balanced score card and hierarchical analysis method to build a new performance evaluation system.Specifically,the strategic target of special funds is decomposed into four dimensions and corrected.Then use the hierarchical analysis method to further decompose the indicators,build a hierarchical structure model,construct a judgment matrix,computing weights,and consistent testing,calculate the comprehensive weight of the entire system,thereby building a new performance evaluation system.After using the new system to evaluate the performance of the case business fee,a comparative analysis was made between the old and new systems,and found that the new system has certain advantages.In response to the problems reflected in the results of the performance evaluation of the new system,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to ensure the efficient and reasonable use of special funds for political and legal funds.As a result,the performance evaluation system of the Political and Law Special Funding has achieved optimization and improvement,and it also helps to have a certain reference when building other financial special fund evaluation systems. |
