Research On Information Security Governance Of College Students From The Holistic Approach To National Security

The concept of holistic approach to national security put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping is the ideological guidance for China’s national security construction and governance,including traditional and non-traditional security.With the rapid development of information technology,personal information security has become the focus of public attention,and personal information infringement incidents of college students have occurred frequently,seriously infringing on their rights and interests,physical and mental health.Therefore,under the guidance of the holistic approach to national security concept,exploring the path of college students’ personal information security governance is of great significance to the construction and improvement of China’s information security cause.Taking the case study method as the main method,this paper analyzes the problems of excessive collection,trafficking and leakage in the information security governance of college students,summarizes the experience of information security governance in countries and regions outside the region such as the EU and the United States,and puts forward countermeasures for the personal information security governance of college students from three perspectives: the state,society and individuals.With the rapid development of information technology,college students’ information security governance is facing more and more difficulties and challenges,and it is necessary to continuously improve the construction of governance mechanisms,promote China’s college students’ information security governance to the world-class level,and make positive contributions to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
