Research On Rural Community Construction In The Suburb Of Laoling Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Over the past 30 years since the reform and opening up,China’s social economy has developed rapidly,and has made remarkable achievements in urban community construction.Rural community construction started late,but has been gradually promoted.The development process of rural community construction is inconsistent among different regions,and the gap is obvious compared with urban community construction.This is because our country has been affected by the "urban-rural dual system" structure for a long time,and there are some problems in rural community construction infrastructure,public service supply,supporting facilities and other aspects,which brings new challenges to rural community construction.The construction of rural communities is the key to solving the "three rural issues",and also an effective way to eliminate the urban-rural dual structure and realize the interactive development between urban and rural areas.This paper takes the construction of rural communities in the suburbs of Laoling City,Dezhou City as the research object,and studies the basic situation of the construction of rural communities in towns and townships in the suburbs of Laoling City.On the basis of on-the-spot investigation,this paper discusses and studies the current situation and existing problems of rural community construction in suburban towns of Laoling City by means of consulting materials,discussion and exchange,questionnaires and other methods.Through case analysis,this paper focuses on analyzing and studying the construction of Wananju Community in Yang’an Town and Xinglong Garden Community in Tieying Town,and fully excavates the problems and reasons existing in the construction process of the community.At present,there are problems such as lagging organizational construction,insufficient service system capacity,lack of cultural construction,and slow construction of social workers.Through analysis,the main reasons for the above problems are poor management system,poor service quality,insufficient cultural infrastructure and cultural content,and a serious shortage of social workers.Through the experience of rural community construction in towns and villages of Laoling City,as well as the reference of rural community construction at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of rural community construction in towns and villages of Laoling City,providing reference for the government of Laoling City in rural community construction.Perfect the organizational system and build a new prospect for the organizational guarantee of rural community construction;Enrich the service connotation and realize the new normal of rural community service construction;Emphasize ideological guidance to achieve a new height in the construction of rural community culture;Establish talent orientation and enter a new era of talent construction in rural communities.
