Research On The Integrated Development Of Suburban Villages Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

As for the three issues of agriculture,the countryside and farmers,the party and the country have always taken it as the top priority.General secretary xi jinping delivered the "rural revitalization strategy" for the first time at the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,which is the main focus of rural development in the new era.The rural vitalization strategy sets a new target for the development of villages.In the specific plan of the rural vitalization strategy,it is clearly proposed to follow the law of development and actual situation of villages and promote the development of villages in a scientific classification.Suburban village refers to the village located in the outskirts of the city,close to the edge of the city,which naturally has the advantage of urban back garden.The rapid development of various functions of the city needs to further narrow the gap with the villages in the suburbs.The rural revitalization strategy and the requirements of new urbanization are proposed.Two rounds of forces will drive the integration and development of suburban villages and realize the free flow of resources between the suburbs.This paper takes the integration of urban and rural villages as a starting point to explore the way of the integration of suburban villages.Because of the superior geographical location and economic conditions,the suburban villages have a good foundation for development.Therefore,this paper takes X village,a suburb about 5 kilometers away from the city,as an example to carry out the research.In 2014,X village has been rated as a provincial beautiful and livable model village.On the basis of the achievements made in the existing development,further explored the integrated development of suburban villages and cities under the background of rural revitalization.Taking X village in Shanxi Province as an example,this paper extracts and analyzes the scholars' theories and research results by the method of thereviews,and comprehensively analyze the integrated development process of X village by the method of field research and in-depth interview.Specifically,The first chapter is to sort out the basic concepts of villages and suburban villages,basic theories such as the connection between urban and rural areas,and the characteristics and significance of the development of suburban and rural villages.To achieve great results,enhance happiness and satisfaction.The second chapter is specific to the actual development of X village.It mainly introduces the basic situation of the village and a series of achievements in the process of integrated development.The development of all aspects of the village has been further improved.The third chapter focuses on the problems and causes of the village's integration with the city.This chapter expounds the current problems of the village in the integrated development,such as the slow progress in the overall planning,weak public service foundation,unsound rural governance system,and the big gap of suburban income,and explore the seated reasons of serious formalism in rural work,the blurred management lines of local government,insufficient protection in funding,weak consciousness of participation in villagers and the lack of talent.The fourth chapter discusses the suggestions of accelerating the integrated development of suburban villages.Under the background of rural revitalization,put forward the corresponding ideas and suggestions in integrated development of suburban villages.According to the existing problems and reasons,such as the scientific planning to promote the development of integrated development,equal integrated development in basic public services,building a new suburban villages' management system,and the integration of suburban interaction factor and resource optimization.In order to provide more meaningful reference and inspiration of the same type village.
