Study On Policy Implementation Of Suburban Beautiful Village

Zhejiang province in 2008,to improve rural living environment,first proposed the "beautiful country" plan,until 2013,the central file no.1 building beautiful rural construction goal,in 2017 put forward to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,the party’s 19 th in accordance with the "prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,rich life" of the general requirements,advance agricultural modernization in the countryside.After 12 years of development,the construction of beautiful countryside has formed the Yongjia model,Anji model,Gaochun model and other successful experiences.In 2017,the Shantow Municipal Government launched a three-year campaign of "100 villages demonstration and 1,000 villages renovation" to build beautiful villages.In three years,Shantow District Government responded positively,and the rural living environment improved significantly.The beautiful villages in Chenghai,Chaonan and Chaoyang are built in the traditional sense of the countryside,but the construction objects in Jinping and Longhu involve rural communities,which is different from most of the beautiful villages in China at present.The agriculture-related communities in Jinping and Longhu belong to a type of suburban villages,which are the result of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.The agriculture-related communities retain the traditional customs and life order of the former rural areas,but most of the villagers are no longer engaged in agricultural cultivation,and agriculture is no longer the primary industry.The villagers rely on work and business as their main source of income,while the secondary and tertiary industries develop rapidly.When promoting the construction of beautiful countryside,agriculture-related communities should not only consider the original rural characteristics,but also consider the particularity different from rural areas.In this paper,the Tuojiang street in Jinping District is selected as the object of study.Firstly,the concept of the Tuojiang street suburban countryside is analyzed,and then the particularity of the suburban countryside is clarified.Second survey research method and comparative analysis,summarizes the government documents and related documents content,develop suburban beautiful countryside evaluation index system,with the index system as the research framework,using the theory of sustainable development and urban and rural as a whole,the inductive current Tuojiang street agricultural community in the beautiful countryside construction achievements and existing problems,and analyze the problem cause and mechanism of formation,and finally compare the success of the construction of the village,a typical both at home and abroad,actively explore Tuojiang street beautiful vision of the construction of the countryside and optimize Tuojiang street construction way of beautiful country.In order to enrich the theory of beautiful countryside construction,increase the operation of the theory,and provide support for the beautiful countryside construction of Tuojiang street.
