Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Digital Governance In Wenzhou Communitie

With the development of information technology and its penetration into all aspects of social operation,government governance has gradually attached importance to the use of technical means to improve governance efficiency.The application of digital technology in China has gone through three stages: introduction and exploration,development and transformation,and full implementation.With the deepening of research on digital governance,digital information technology has made remarkable achievements in government governance,further promoting the government to achieve real-time and comprehensive supervision in social governance,effectively promoting the sharing and cooperation of government departments,shortening the sense of distance with the public,enhancing the sense of belonging and happiness of the public,and improving the understanding and support for government work.However,there are also many problems in the promotion and application of digital technology,and the overall value rationality of government digital reform is unbalanced.The author believes that we should integrate public value into government governance,guide the change of service concept in digital governance,give play to the role of market mechanism,realize and deepen the potential effects of digital technology,fully demonstrate the flexible advantages of digital technology,and improve the level of adaptation.Taking Fengmen sub-district office of Lucheng District as an example,this paper studies the construction of Wenzhou community digital smart city based on the theory of community digital governance and the research direction of "mode technology value".First of all,by sorting out the relevant theories of digital governance,on the one hand,based on the digital governance theory,we analyzed and considered the problems and difficulties in the construction of smart cities,on the other hand,we studied the domestic successful smart cities and other cases,and analyzed the overall direction of experience.Secondly,according to the specific situation of Wenzhou community,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current community digital governance,and summarizes the optimization suggestions at the theoretical level for the problems raised.Finally,on the practical level,it proposes the digital governance countermeasures and optimization planning of digital governance system combining online and offline.This paper aims to put forward effective suggestions on digital governance,improve the application of digital governance in smart city construction to the greatest extent,and provide reference for other small and medium-sized cities in the future.In the future,the author believes that it is necessary to focus on the integration of public value and system,the compatibility of governance system and technology,and promote the integration of technological rationality and value rationality from the concept of service orientation to achieve intelligence and good governance.
