Many disputes among villagers are historical issues,long in duration,involving intricate social relations,and difficult to identify and prove the facts of disputes,while factors such as serious climbing mentality,deep clan concept and low literacy in rural areas bring great difficulties to the resolution of villagers’ disputes.The problem of villagers’ disputes not only affects the good neighborly relationship in rural areas,but also affects the in-depth implementation of rural revitalization strategy.With the increasing diversification and complexity of villagers’ disputes,various localities have explored and practiced multiple dispute resolution mechanisms,and a typical model represented by "Fengqiao Experience" has emerged.The multiple dispute resolution mechanism has achieved certain results in solving villagers’ disputes,especially the implementation of the "docking of litigation and mediation" mechanism,which not only facilitates the villagers and solves the difficult litigation problems,but also realizes the effect of reducing the burden of mediation for the court,reasonably diverting and effectively mediating villagers’ disputes,and obviously changes the phenomenon that grassroots judicial forces are tired of coping.However,there are still some problems in the multi-dispute resolution mechanism,such as the untimely connection of litigation and mediation and the tendency of configuration to form.Since 2019,driven by the reform of the one-stop multiple dispute resolution mechanism of the people’s courts,many rural areas have also begun to pilot the "litigation+non-litigation" model of the one-stop multiple dispute resolution mechanism.However,there are still some shortcomings in the current one-stop multi-dispute resolution mechanism,and it is necessary to make up for its shortage if it is to be popularized in rural areas.One-stop multiple dispute resolution mechanism has some problems,such as insufficient prevention of complaint sources,unsmooth dispute resolution process and lack of measures to repair villagers’ relations.In this regard,in strengthening the prevention of complaints,we can improve the early warning and investigation mechanism and establish a long-term legal popularization mechanism;In terms of strengthening the cohesion of dispute resolution process,we can make clear the main.
