The customary laws of the Minority is a social norms which gradually formedin the production life of thousands of years and abided by the national member. Itis mandatory, local and national.As the Miao’s customary law,"Yizhi" played asignificant effect in the Miao’s social development. As a history’s legalnorms,"Yizhi" is still having far-reaching influence in the local residents’life now,in Rongshui country Guangxi province.The mechanism of the dispute resolutionby "Yizhi" plays a role in promoting for the construction of national rule by law.The research of its application problem doesn’t only help to analysis of themultivariate cultural symbiosis,but also is advantageous to unite to the nation inRongshui.This paper narrates the "Yizhi" in the perspective of ethnology;It has ainterpretation of the mechanism of the dispute resolution by "Yizhi" in accordancewith the mode of "who how to solve whose what kind of disputes" from the angleof law;It elaborates the multivariate cultural symbiosis in different nations by thestudy of the "Yizhi"’s application problem which other scholars not research;Atlast the author puts forward hers own opinions,and analysis of the"Yizhi"’s fatefrom the influence which the mechanism of the dispute resolution by "Yizhi" is forour national rule by law.The purpose of the paper is in order to accumulate thematerial of studying the relationship between state law and customary law andhope to cause more scholar to pay attention to the Miao’culture.
