Research On Traffic Congestion Control Based On Intelligent Transportation

With the development of The Times and the rapid development and change of cities,the pace of urbanization in China is also accelerating.The city makes the supply of urban traffic resources exceed the demand.In addition,the lack of more scientific and accurate government governance makes the problem of traffic congestion increasingly prominent.Urban traffic congestion has become a new shortcoming that restricts urban development.The problem of urban traffic congestion has affected the healthy development of the city.For city managers,how to effectively solve this problem has become a new problem.For a long time,most cities mainly rely on the transformation of traffic organization nodes,change of road conditions and increase of traffic facilities resources to alleviate traffic congestion from the perspective of supply and demand balance.However,it has been proved that these methods are only a symptom,not a root cause,in front of the explosive growth of demand.The emergence of new technologies such as cloud computing,big data and the Internet of Things provides a new way of thinking,and the construction of "Smart Cities" has become a new trend.As an important part of the city,the transportation system uses new technology to solve the congestion problem and prevent future problems with new technology.Starting from the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development concept of "Smart China" was put forward,and various cities took this opportunity to start the wave of exploring the construction of "Smart Transportation".This paper will stand in the present,study and think about what is smart transportation,what are the requirements of smart governance of urban congestion,how to implement smart transportation and other issues.In this paper,Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City is taken as a case study.Based on the actual situation,this paper makes a case study on the application of smart transportation in Yuecheng District to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion.This paper first sorts out and analyzes the relevant theoretical research on traffic congestion management,smart city,smart transportation and so on,and on this basis,take a research on the construction and application of smart transportation in Yuecheng District.Then it analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the use of intelligent transportation to control traffic congestion in the urban area of Yue City.It also analyzes the excellent experience and practice of Hangzhou,which is in the forefront in the development of intelligent transportation in China,as a model for reference and study.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Yuecheng District,the paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on strengthening top-level design,increasing coordination and cooperation among departments,increasing technical input,improving the construction of talent team,and increasing financial guarantee.Through this paper,other small and medium-sized cities of the same type can be inspired to some extent in the construction of smart transportation.
