Research On Traffic Congestion Management In Qingdao From The Perspective Of Smart Transportatio

With the rapid development of economy,people’s material and spiritual requirements are constantly improving,which makes the number of road vehicles keep increasing for many years.All these situations make the urban traffic congestion become more and more serious and become an important problem of people’s distress.As a mega city,with its economic and social development and urban construction speeding up,and the urban population growing rapidly,it is difficult to improve the increasing congestion by adopting traditional congestion control methods,such as building wider roads and limiting travel by numbers.city traffic conditions.In recent years,in solving the problem of urban traffic congestion,Qingdao has begun to explore intelligent traffic management methods and build a city-wide intelligent traffic application and operation platform.Based on the perspective of intelligent transportation,Qingdao has taken measures to control congestion in terms of improving comprehensive traffic monitoring capabilities,building an integrated platform for intelligent parking,accelerating the construction of intelligent subways,and ensuring the priority of bus road rights.Provide a strong guarantee for the smooth development of urban traffic congestion control.With the help of the above measures,the traffic congestion situation in Qingdao has been improved,but the improvement effect is very limited as far as the current congestion situation is concerned.Through the exploration and analysis of the current traffic congestion control measures in Qingdao,we can see that there are still several key problems in the process of congestion control,namely the lack of scientific comprehensive planning of intelligent transportation,the existence of information islands,the scale of the intelligent transportation industry and the level of infrastructure need to be improved,The comprehensive information service capability of public travel needs to be improved urgently,and there is a lack of legal guarantees.Through problem analysis and reference to advanced experience,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and measures from five aspects: formulating a scientific comprehensive plan for intelligent transportation,building a collaborative governance participation mechanism,promoting the upgrading of transportation infrastructure,guiding the overall participation of the society,and standardizing the protection of intelligent transportation laws and regulations.In order to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion from the perspective of intelligent transportation,and provide some reference for related cities.
