Research On The Change And Mechanism Of Smart Governance

Technological progress has brought new opportunities and challenges to social governance.In the new era,smart governance has become an innovative governance model that addresses emerging governance challenges and breaks through traditional governance.This article takes Wuzhen,Zhejiang Province as an example.Based on the theory of electronic governance and social transformation,it reconstructs an analysis framework of smart governance,and gradually analyzes the governance transition path,operating mechanism,governance performance,practical limits,and repair strategies of smart governance.Research indicates that smart governance is a new type of governance model,a governance form or stage of social development,and a phased leap in traditional governance.The study found that in the context of the traditional governance fragmentation,the governance practice of Wuzhen and Wuzhen showed that smart governance can effectively break through the governance fragmentation breakthrough,increase public participation,and promote government cooperation.However,from Wuzhen’s experience,there are certain limits to smart governance in practice,which are reflected in three areas: information technology,public participation,and departmental collaboration.To fix this limit,the key lies in the adjustment of value and technology,the improvement of dimensional design and institutional structure,and the expansion of information channels and social participation.
