Laos-China Study On Countermeasures Of Cooperative Development Of Vocational Education

China and Laos are socialist countries,and the economy is at a stage of transition.The two countries have similar national and cultural backgrounds.The geographical location is neighbouring each other,a narrow strip of water.In 2009,China and Laos established a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.As a very important component of the modern educational system,vocational education is an important way and means for the cultivation of professional and technical personnel.In recent years,vocational education cooperation between China and Laos has been supported by the government,enterprises and related vocational schools,and the pace of bilateral vocational education cooperation has been firmly and steadily forward.In this dissertation,literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and SWOT analysis method is adopted.Through literature analysis,summed up the domestic and foreign occupation education mode,"cooperative education" and "sandwich" and "dual system" mode of the old occupation education cooperation has certain reference significance.With the development of Vocational Education in China and Laos,the two countries have begun to cross national boundaries,cross ethnic groups and conduct international learning,exchanges and cooperation.First of all,to strengthen the financial funds of the old occupation education cooperation investment funds,improve the mechanism of diversification,the occupation education cooperation "money available";secondly,the establishment of multiple cooperative education mode,emphasize the leading position of the government,improve the industry and enterprise value,the traditional method of existing reform;thirdly,to strengthen the autonomy in the old occupation education cooperation in occupation colleges;secondly,cross-border to establish the training mode of school enterprise cooperation and integration of engineering occupation education cooperation talents;secondly,establish and perfect the quality evaluation system of the old occupation education cooperation talent training;finally,strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,to promote the old occupation education international cooperation.
