| China is in the stage of accelerated urbanization and industrialization,rural population to urban migration,rural labor to industry and tertiary industry transfer,the new generation of rural population to move into the city,resulting in structural changes in the rural population and a direct impact on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In recent years,with the continuous outflow of young people from rural areas,population aging and the decline of new generation of children and other population problems have become increasingly obvious,which has seriously affected the overall structure of the rural population and caused multiple impacts on rural economic and social development.The structural changes of the rural population directly affect the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The five aspects of rural revitalization are inseparable from "people",but each has its own emphasis,and industrial revitalization requires operational talents and high-quality workers;Talent revitalization directly indicates the need for talents in various fields of agricultural and rural development;Cultural revitalization is inseparable from talents who understand culture and enjoy inheritance;Ecological revitalization requires talents who understand ecology and have the concept of sustainable development;Organizational revitalization requires a large number of young professionals to enrich various rural organizations.Generally speaking,rural revitalization needs to cooperate and promote the rural population from both quantitative and qualitative aspects.Based on Marxist population theory and Marxist rural development theory,and guided by the principles and policies of the Party and the state since the new era,the impact of structural changes in rural population on rural revitalization is sorted out on the basis of clarifying the historical,theoretical and practical logic of rural population structure changes and rural revitalization strategies,which plays an important role in improving the structure of rural population and promoting rural revitalization.The case study is based on a field study of rural areas in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province,where the population has the common characteristics of contemporary rural population structure,such as the decline of rural population,the deepening of rural aging,the serious loss of rural population,the low level of higher education of rural population,and the low disposable income of rural population.The study of population structure mainly includes the natural structure,social structure,regional structure of the population,etc.,using literature research,fieldwork and other methods to deeply grasp the logical connotation between them,from concrete to abstract,and carry out theoretical research.Through the investigation and analysis of the relevant data of rural population in Zhenjiang City,the impact of structural changes of population on rural revitalization is explored,mainly from the perspectives of industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization,the impact of structural changes in rural population on rural revitalization is analyzed,and from these dimensions,it is proposed that under the severe test of rural population structure change,it is proposed to orderly promote population flow and coordinate the development of urban and rural industries,and pay attention to the cultivation of rural practical talents to promote the revitalization of rural talents.Vigorously cultivate rural cultural talents,promote rural cultural revitalization,strengthen rural residents’ ecological and environmental awareness education,promote rural ecological revitalization,deepen the reform of rural grassroots organizations’ employment systems and mechanisms,and promote the solution measures for the revitalization of rural organizations.Finally,from theory to practice,starting from the actual situation of rural population,suggestions are made for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. |
