Research On Radio And Television In Lisu Language From The Perspective Of Fostering A Strong Sense Of Community For The Chinese Nation

The Lisu ethnic group is a member of China’s 56-ethnic family,and is also a unique,"straight through" and cross-border ethnic group in Yunnan.The Lisu ethnic group,together with the people of all ethnic groups in China,became the master of the country after the birth of New China,enjoying equal political,economic,cultural and other rights,and achieving rapid development in various undertakings.The radio and television industry in Lisu language developed early.In 1957,Yunnan People’s Radio started broadcasting in Lisu language.From then,red radio waves were widely spread over Lisu Mountain Township.Since its inception,the radio and television in Lisu language have insisted on spreading Marxism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,the Scientific Outlook on Development and Xi Jinping’s Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to Lisu people,unwaveringly promoting the Party’s line,guidelines and policies,reflecting the good people of the Lisu region,guiding the Lisu people towards the golden path of socialism,promoting social progress in the Lisu region,and economic Cultural undertakings to grow.This paper takes the perspective of forging a sense of Chinese national community,takes the ecology,production content and value embodiment of the Lisu language radio and television business as the research vein,uses historical data collection,oral history,and big data methods.Through a combination of online and offline methods,primary sources were collected from the Lisu language channels of Yunnan Radio and Television,as well as from folk language radio and television stations in Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,and Lisu Autonomous County in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,to provide a relatively systematic overview of the history,impact and problems of Lisu language radio and television.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter considers the Lisu language radio and television coverage area in China at the political,linguistic,cultural,technological,and audience levels and its developmental context in the context of building up the consciousness sense of Chinese national community.The second chapter focuses on sorting out the genres and content of Lisu radio and television in China,and analyzes the main characteristics of radio and television programs in Lisu language in terms of content,format,and pursuit.The third chapter explores the value of Lisu-language radio and television to the Lisu community and to forging a sense of community among the Chinese people,both in terms of traditional values and contemporary values.The fourth chapter analyzes the dilemmas and ways out in terms of talent,funding,and program content,and provides constructive thoughts on casting a firm sense of Chinese community in Lisu-language radio and television in the new era.
